The Elevate Your Confidence & Thrive with Power Coaching Circle is a 4-session group coaching program designed to provide transformative professional development experiences for mid-career, women-identified professionals, ready to elevate their careers, needing to explore their professional purpose, develop their career professional narrative, and wanting to learn practical tools and resources to cultivate a professional network – a career board of advisors. 

During this coaching circle, participants receive group-based career coaching, peer-to-peer accountability, and guidance on how to design a balanced and impactful career network. This group coaching circle captures unique career-centered topic sessions, experiential best practices, group-based shared learning, and peer-to-peer accountability. The Elevate Your Confidence & Thrive with Power Coaching Circle is all about elevating and supporting success and advancement of mid-career, woman-identified professionals, and executives.

• (4) 90-120 minute group learning + coaching sessions. The following group coaching sessions will be covered:

• Creating Your Career Board of Advisors
• (1) 60-minute 1:1 career coaching session, plus
• Access to additional sessions, templates, resources, community chats, and cohort community building.
